Invoices for your TIMOCOM flat rate must be paid at the beginning of the relevant service period. Invoices for other services, such as our smart international debt collection service or other in-App purchases must be paid immediately and in full.
Yes. Thank you for choosing the environmentally friendly option. We will be happy to send you your TIMOCOM invoice via e-mail from now on. Please fill out this form and then verify your e-mail address.
Please send us an e-mail to info@timocom.com containing your TIMOCOM ID and the correct invoice address. Our customer care team will make the change as soon as possible.
You can send the permission form for the SEPA direct debit process via e-mail to info@timocom.com or via fax to +49 211 88 26 10 00.
Please send an e-mail including your TIMOCOM ID and information on the required TIMOCOM invoice to CCare@timocom.com or call us at +49 211 88 26 88 26. The best option would be to simply switch directly to digital invoicing. To do this, fill out this form and then verify your e-mail address.

Transport questions

All contractual agreements regarding transport are made with the company that sent you the order.
In Germany, the VAT number is known as the UST-ID (Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer). VAT (Value Added Tax) is the international designation for this term. Companies must always include their tax identification on their invoices. It often makes sense to also include the recipient’s tax identification. If you are sending an invoice internationally, known within the EU as an intra-Community service or delivery, this will also be the VAT number.
Payment conditions are always negotiated between the transport service provider and the transport customer.
TIMOCOM does not currently offer insurance against payment default. Our smart international debt collection service will be happy to help you collect payments due. You can find the debt collection form and all additional information on our website
